48% of LAUSD Construction Dollars Go to Small Businesses
48% of LAUSD Construction Dollars Go to Small Businesses

This new study from the California Construction Academy examines data from Los Angeles Unified School District’s Project Stabilization Agreement from 2003 to 2011. The report finds that 48% of construction project dollars went to small and disadvantaged businesses, far surpassing LAUSD’s goal to ensure that 25% of construction project dollars went to small business enterprises (SBEs).
